Cabbage patties: the quick and delicious recipe!

If you love cabbage, you should try these fritters now!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
750 g (1 medium) cabbage, shredded;
2 white onion, chopped;
2 eggs;
55g (⅓ cup) semolina;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
20g (¼ cup) chopped parsley;
1 tsp dry thyme;
1 tsp salt;
½ tsp black pepper.
METHOD
- Cook shredded cabbage in salted boiling water for 7-10 minutes, drain and leave to cool down.
- Saute chopped onion until slightly golden, add garlic, cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
- Mix eggs, semolina, onions, thyme, salt and pepper into the cabbage. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Form patties and fry them on both sides for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
