Cabbage patties: the quick and delicious recipe!

If you love cabbage, you should try these fritters now!

INGREDIENTS
 750 g (1 medium) cabbage, shredded;
 2 white onion, chopped;
 2 eggs;
 55g (⅓ cup) semolina;
 2 garlic cloves, minced;
 20g (¼ cup) chopped parsley;
 1 tsp dry thyme;
 1 tsp salt;
 ½ tsp black pepper.
 
METHOD
  1.  Cook shredded cabbage in salted boiling water for 7-10 minutes, drain and leave to cool down.
  2.  Saute chopped onion until slightly golden, add garlic, cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
  3.  Mix eggs, semolina, onions, thyme, salt and pepper into the cabbage. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  4.  Form patties and fry them on both sides for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
