Cabbage cutlets with ham and cheese: the quick but delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage;
Water;
Sale;
Cheese;
Prosciutto;
Breadcrumbs;
40g of Parmesan cheese;
4 eggs;
All-purpose flour;
Extra virgin olive oil.

METHOD
  1. Remove the leaves from the cabbage and cook them in salted water for 1 minute. Dry well on the paper.
  2. Put the cheese or ham on each cabbage leaf and close them.
  3. Combine the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan.
  4. Flour the rolls, dip them in the beaten eggs, and bread them in the mix of breadcrumbs.
  5. Transfer the cutlets to the baking tray and pour the olive oil over them.
  6. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
