Cabbage cutlets with ham and cheese: the quick but delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage;
Water;
Sale;
Cheese;
Prosciutto;
Breadcrumbs;
40g of Parmesan cheese;
4 eggs;
All-purpose flour;
Extra virgin olive oil.
METHOD
- Remove the leaves from the cabbage and cook them in salted water for 1 minute. Dry well on the paper.
- Put the cheese or ham on each cabbage leaf and close them.
- Combine the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan.
- Flour the rolls, dip them in the beaten eggs, and bread them in the mix of breadcrumbs.
- Transfer the cutlets to the baking tray and pour the olive oil over them.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
