Cabbage rolls with ham and cheese: you will make this every week!

INGREDIENTS
1 medium-head cabbage
12 slices of ham
12 slices of cheese
40g (⅓ cup) of shredded parmesan
60g (½ cup) of breadcrumbs
60ml (4 tbsp) of olive oil
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. Separate cabbage head into leaves and boil 4-5 leaves at a time for around 5 minutes or until soft. Let cool down.
3. Cut large leaves in halves removing a thick stem part. Place a piece of ham and cheese on top of the leaf and roll tightly.
4. Brush the baking pan with olive oil and sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top. Place cabbage rolls on top.
5. Drizzle cabbage rolls with olive oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
