Ham and cheese dinner rolls: a tasty snack that the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (230ml) warm water
1 tbsp of sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups (390g) flour
300g of ham
200g of cheese
1 egg yolk to brush
METHOD
- Put water, sugar, yeast, olive oil in a bowl and mix. Gradually add the salt and flour.
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough. Try to make a rectangle and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Distribute ham and cheese in each half. Roll the two parts together like a roll and cut slices of about 3 fingers.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for about 30 minutes.
- Brush egg yolk and bake at 200 C ( 392 F ) until golden brown.
