COFFEE GLAZE: perfect for garnishing your desserts!

INGREDIENTS
110g (1 cup) of powdered sugar
25g of espresso coffee
METHOD
1. In a small bowl, add the powdered sugar and brew the espresso. While still warm, pour the espresso over the powdered sugar.
2. Mix with a teaspoon until the lumps have dissolved. Continue mixing until you obtain a shiny, smooth, and velvety glaze.
3. Drizzle the glaze over a dessert and serve.
