Coffee marble cake: the no-butter dessert perfect for your break!

So fluffy and delicious, this recipe is perfect for your breakfast! 
 
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 cup) powdered sugar
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
100ml (2/5 cup) oil
300g (2 cups) flour
4g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
10ml (2 tbsp) instant coffee
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
Plastic bottle

METHOD
  1. Pour powdered sugar and oil into a mixing bowl. Stir.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder. Pour in the milk and stir.
  3. Divide the mixture into two parts.
  4. In one part, pour coffee mixed with water. Stir.
  5. Over the back of the plastic bottle, pour a little of the mixture over each other, until you fill the baking pan.
  6. Bake at 320°F / 160°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
