Coffee marble cake: the no-butter dessert perfect for your break!

So fluffy and delicious, this recipe is perfect for your breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 cup) powdered sugar
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
100ml (2/5 cup) oil
300g (2 cups) flour
4g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
10ml (2 tbsp) instant coffee
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
Plastic bottle
METHOD
- Pour powdered sugar and oil into a mixing bowl. Stir.
- Sift flour and baking powder. Pour in the milk and stir.
- Divide the mixture into two parts.
- In one part, pour coffee mixed with water. Stir.
- Over the back of the plastic bottle, pour a little of the mixture over each other, until you fill the baking pan.
- Bake at 320°F / 160°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
