CHOCOLATE AND COFFEE CAKE: soft and easy to prepare! π«β

INGREDIENTS (for a 20cm cake tin)
3 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
150g (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
70ml (1/4 cup) coffee
70ml (1/4 cup) milk
70g (1/3 cup) butter
50g dark chocolate

METHODΒ
1. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously, and let it cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is tall and whitish.
3. Add the melted chocolate and butter, now lukewarm, and mix at low speed until smooth.
4. Add the coffee and milk.
5. Add the flour and baking powder, and mix again until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
6. Pour the batter into the cake tin.
7. Bake at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for about 50 minutes.
