CROQUE MADAME: CRISPY bread and DELICIOUS egg will make this dish UNIQUE! 🍳🥪

INGREDIENTS
8 slices of bread
Butter
Cooked ham
Cheese
4 eggs
METHOD
1. To prepare the croque madame, brush 4 slices of bread with melted butter. Place a slice of cooked ham on each slice of buttered bread.
2. Add a grated cheese and cover with the other slice of bread.
3. Add the butter to a pan and brown the toast on both sides. Add more cheese on top.
4. Cover the sandwiches with the lid and let them cook for 2 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted.
5. Prepare the eggs in a pan and place an egg on each piece of toast. Serve the croque madame and enjoy.
