INGREDIENTS
900g of potatoes
Water
Oil for frying
Salt
METHOD
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips. Transfer them to the bowl and pour water over them. Set aside for 1 hour.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the potato strips to the towel and dry them well.
3. Add the potato strips to the pan with hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown.Β
4. Serve french fries on a serving dish and season with salt.
