PICO DE GALLO: the fresh and tasty traditional Mexican side dish!

INGREDIENTS
400g of cherry tomatoes
3 green peppers
1 onion
Coriander
1 tsp of chili pepper
Salt
1 lime (juice)
METHOD
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes and green peppers into the cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Transfer to the bowl.
2. In a bowl with the diced vegetables add the coriander, chili pepper, salt, and lime(juice) and mix all well.
3. Serve the salad in a nice bowl with the nachos on the side and enjoy.
