CHICKEN and BEEF FAJITAS: the super tasty MEXICAN dish! 🌯

INGREDIENTS
420g of chicken breast
420g of beef
1 Lime (juice)
Coriander
360ml (1 1/2 cups) of beer
2 bell peppers
1 onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Worcestershire
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Tortillas
Guacamole
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the chicken breast, beef, lime (juice), coriander, and beer. Let the meat marinate for two hours.
2. In the meantime cut the peppers and onion.
3. Add a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion. Fry until becomes translucent and then add the peppers and meat.
4. Cook the meat and peppers for a couple of minutes and then add the Worcestershire, cumin, salt, and pepper and mix well. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
5. Place the tortilla on a cutting board and spread the guacamole sauce. Add a couple of spoons of the meat filling and close the tortilla.
6. Serve fajitas all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
