INGREDIENTS
1 onion
3 bell peppers
Vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic
2 chilli peppers
850g of beef
Dry oregano
Salt
20g of paprika
Pepper
450g (2 cups) of tomato pulp
15g (1 tbsp) of light brown sugar
Dry oregano
550g of red beans

METHOD
1. Chop the onion and bell peppers into pieces.
2. In a pot with plenty of oil, sautΓ© the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
3. It's time to add the beef and spices.Β Season with salt, oregano, paprika, and chili pepper. It will be a really tasty dish.
4. Cook for 20 minutes with the lid on.
5. Add the tomato pulp, brown sugar, and more oregano. Let it cook for about an hour. The meat will become really tender.
6. The final touch is the red beans. Cook for another 20 minutes.
7. It's ready to be served.
