Chicken croquettes: extra crunchy and tasty for an original dinner!

INGREDIENTS
400g of chicken breast
Corn flakes
Breadcrumbs
1 egg
A dash of milk
Sliced bread
Flour
METHOD
1. Blend the chicken, egg, bread, a dash of milk, breadcrumbs, and salt together.
2. Take portions of the mixture and start forming croquettes.
3. First dip in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the cornflakes mixed with breadcrumbs to get a nice, even coating.
4. Fry in plenty of hot vegetable oil for a few minutes, until they are golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve! These croquettes will be super crunchy and very tasty, dip them in your favorite sauce and enjoy!
