Brigadeiros: the traditional Brazilian dessert perfect for your sweet break!

INGREDIENTS
790g (2.5 cups) condensed milk
800g (3.5 cups) milk cream (whipping cream 500g and cream cheese 300 g)
30g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
30g (2 tbsp) butter
100g (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate
Chocolate sprinkles

METHOD
  1. Pour condensed milk, milk cream and cocoa, then mix everything and cook over low heat. After 1 minute, add the butter and chocolate, then mix everything until the mixture thickens.
  2. Pour the dessert into serving dishes while it is still warm, leave it to cool for about 20 minutes, then put chocolate sprinkles on the surface and leave it to cool for another 1 hour.
