Sandwiches with strawberry jam: fluffy and sweet, perfect for your snack time!

With this method, your sweet buns will be so fluffy! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 1 egg;
 40g (3 tbsp) sugar;
 ¼ tsp vanilla powder;
 60ml (¼ cup) vegetable oil;
 150ml (⅔ cup) warm milk;
 1 tbsp dry yeast;
 a pinch of salt;
 400g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour;
 Strawberry jam, powdered sugar;
 Egg wash.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk warm milk with sugar and yeast. Set aside for 10 minutes to activate.
  2.  Add vegetable oil, salt, vanilla and egg, whisk and pour into the flour.
  3.  Knead the dough until it comes together, form into a ball and set aside for 1 hour.
  4.  Cut the dough into 8 pieces, roll into buns, cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  5.  Press with the potato press slightly, Make holes in the bread using a chopstick, brush with egg wash.
  6.  Bake at 190C/375F for 18-20 minutes, after 8 minutes remove from the oven and poke holes once more.
  7.  Fill the holes with strawberry jam and decorate using powdered sugar.
