Twisted buns: a great idea for your snack!

Fluffy and tasty, perfect for a sweet snack!
INGREDIENTS

100ml (0.42 cup) Warm water
100ml (0.4 cup) Warm milk
15g (1 1/2 tbsp) yeast
80ml (0.35 cup) melted butter
1 tsp (6g) salt
1 tbsp (15g) sugar
1 egg white
500g (4 cups) flour
Charging
Strawberry and apricot jam
Coating:
1 egg yolk
METHOD
- Pour into a bowl warm water, milk, sugar, butter, yeast, egg whites, mix the ingredient then add the flour and salt. Cover the dough and let it stand for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8-9 parts, roll the balls and leave under the foil while doing the next step in the preparation.
- Divide the ball into 8 slices, fold the slices, then press the dough in the middle with a stick, roll the dough and press the middle.
- Fill the middle of the roll with jam.
- Coat the rolls with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
