Twisted buns: a great idea for your snack!

Fluffy and tasty, perfect for a sweet snack!

INGREDIENTS
100ml (0.42 cup) Warm water
100ml (0.4 cup) Warm milk
15g (1 1/2 tbsp) yeast
80ml (0.35 cup) melted butter
1 tsp (6g) salt
1 tbsp (15g) sugar
1 egg white
500g (4 cups) flour
Charging
Strawberry and apricot jam
Coating:
1 egg yolk
 
METHOD
  1. Pour into a bowl warm water, milk, sugar, butter, yeast, egg whites, mix the ingredient then add the flour and salt. Cover the dough and let it stand for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 8-9 parts, roll the balls and leave under the foil while doing the next step in the preparation.
  3. Divide the ball into 8 slices, fold the slices, then press the dough in the middle with a stick, roll the dough and press the middle.
  4. Fill the middle of the roll with jam.
  5. Coat the rolls with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
