Chocolate buns: the snack you deserve!

So easy to make, these buns are just irresistible!

INGREDIENTS

250g (1 2/3 cup) flour 00
50g (1/3 cup) powdered sugar

5g (1 tsp) baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

25ml (2 tbsp) seed oil

150ml (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) milk

Hazelnut cream

Powdered sugar for sprinkling

METHOD

In a bowl add the flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract, oil, milk and mix all together. Knead with hands until creating the dough.
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin and make circle shapes with the mold
Brush the circles with water, add the hazelnut cream on the one circle and add another one on top and press with the hands from all sides
Bake them in a non-stick pan from both sides and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
