Chocolate buns: the snack you deserve!

So easy to make, these buns are just irresistible!
INGREDIENTS

250g (1 2/3 cup) flour 00
50g (1/3 cup) powdered sugar
50g (1/3 cup) powdered sugar
5g (1 tsp) baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
25ml (2 tbsp) seed oil
150ml (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) milk
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract, oil, milk and mix all together. Knead with hands until creating the dough.
- Roll out the dough with the rolling pin and make circle shapes with the mold
- Brush the circles with water, add the hazelnut cream on the one circle and add another one on top and press with the hands from all sides
- Bake them in a non-stick pan from both sides and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
