Banana buns: this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp vinegar
7g yeast
50g (0.25 cup) sugar
30ml (0.15 cup) oil
500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
Chocolate drops
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Beat eggs with vinegar.
- Pour the mixture over the sliced bananas. Knead. Add yeast, sugar, oil. Mix. Add flour.
- Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Add chocolate drops to the dough and mix. Form 3 buns. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Grease the buns with yolk. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Decorate with powdered sugar.
