Banana buns: this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp vinegar
7g yeast
50g (0.25 cup) sugar
30ml (0.15 cup) oil
500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
Chocolate drops
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs with vinegar.
  2. Pour the mixture over the sliced ​​bananas. Knead. Add yeast, sugar, oil. Mix. Add flour.
  3. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
  4. Add chocolate drops to the dough and mix. Form 3 buns. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Grease the buns with yolk. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Decorate with powdered sugar.
