Banana buns: an easy step by step recipe to try!

Here's a great way to reuse ripe bananas!

INGREDIENTS
• 2 bananas
• 2 eggs
• 300ml / 1.23 cup warm milk
• 10g dry yeast
• 30g / 0.15 cup sugar
• 20ml oil
• 500g / 4 cups flour (all purpose)
• 100g hazelnut cream
• 1 yolk
• poppy
 
METHOD
  1. Place bananas in a blender. Add eggs and beat. Add milk, yeast, sugar. Mix. Add flour. Knead the dough. Add oil. Allow 1 hour to rise.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 parts. Form balls. Roll. Put hazelnut cream in the middle and form a round banana bread.
  3. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease each bread with yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° / 350 ° F.
