Milk buns: a must-try recipe ready in a few steps!

Fluffy and so tasty, kids will love the recipe!
INGREDIENTS

250g (2 cups) Flour
4 tsp sugar
salt 1 tsp
1 egg
150ml (1/2 cup) Milk
30g Butter
15g Fresh yeast
METHOD
- In a large bowl add warm milk with the yeast and sugar, add the egg, mix it. Add in the flour mix with it, at the end add a pinch of salt.
- Knead the dough and add the soft butter, continue to work, to obtain a soft and well-united mixture.
- Let the dough rise. Once the dough has risen well, we pick it up again, stretch it in a sausage on a floured surface. Then we have cut it into 8 equal portions. Roll them out and then make a croissant. When they rise up, spread them with egg yolk.
- Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C (356 ' F ) for about 15 minutes.
