Yogurt and strawberry cake: a no bake dessert ready in a few steps!

No bake and super delicious, this recipe is a must-try!
 
INGREDIENTS
400g strawberries
500g biscuits
50g (1/3 cup) powdered sugar
400g (1 1/2 cup) strawberry yogurt
Butter
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream

For the decoration:
Hazelnut grains
Strawberries

METHOD
  1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Crush the biscuits and transfer them all into the large bowl.
  2. Add the icing sugar, yogurt and mix them all well together.
  3. Grease the pan with the butter and align the mixture with the spatula.
  4. Whisk the whipping cream and add on top of the mixture in the pan with the spatula.
  5. Leave in the fridge for two hours and decorate with hazelnuts and half of the strawberries on top.
