No-bake strawberry roll: ready with 6 ingredients in a few minutes!

This dessert is so fresh and delicious, that's impossible not to try it!

INGREDIENTS
Ladyfingers – 27-30 pcs
Strawberries – 300 g
Whipping cream – 500 ml
Vanilla sugar – 5 g
Mascarpone cheese – 250 g
Sugar – 25 g
 
METHOD
  1. Dip the cookies into strawberry juice. Put cookies on foil for cooking.
  2. Whisk cream, cheese and sugar. Coat the cookies.
  3. Strawberries cut into slices. Sort the strawberries and then roll.
  4. Coat the cake with cream and decorate with strawberries and coulis.
