No-bake biscuit roll: made with just a few ingredients in under 30 minutes!

This is the ultimate treat!

INGREDIENTS
• 1l / 33.81oz milk
• 125g/1 cup flour
• 200g/1 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp starch
• 2 tbsp cocoa
• 1 tbsp butter
• 100g chocolate
For the base:
• 180g cookies
• 200ml / 6.76oz cream
• 100g nuts
 
METHOD
  1. Grind cookies in a blender. Pour crushed cookies onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, starch, cocoa and pour over the milk. Brew cream. Add cream butter and chocolate to the cream. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour the cream on chopped cookies and smooth.
  4. Whip the cream. Put on cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Roll it up.
