Biscuit log: ready with just 4 ingredients!

Just chocolate, cream and biscuits to make a tasty sweet treat that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
300ml (1.28 cup) whipped cream
300g (1.5 cup) dark chocolate
500g (5 cups) of digestive biscuits
 
100g (0.5 cup) dark chocolate (melted)
100g (0.5 cup) of milk chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Heat the whipped cream to boiling point, add the dark chocolate and stir until the ingredients are combined. Add the biscuit pieces and mix with the chocolate.
  2. Cover the mold with cling film, pour the mixture into the mold and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
  3. After cooling time, pour chocolate over the cake and arrange the milk chocolate cubes. Enjoy.
