Caprese biscuits: soft, cheesy and super tasty!

INGREDIENTS
150ml milk
300g flour
50ml oil (or shortening)
salt
8g baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Make the dough by combining the milk and the oil.
2. Gradually add the flour, the salt and yeast.
3. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, roll it out and cut it into circles.
4. Fill with tomato, cheese and basil.
5. Seal the sides of the biscuit and cook them in a pan with some olive oil for about 5 minutes per side.
