Matcha biscuits

Ingredients:
50 g (1.7 oz) butter, softened;
50 g (1.7 oz) powdered sugar;
50 g (1.7 oz) flour;
2 tbsp matcha powder;
1 egg white;
melted white chocolate.

Instructions
Preheat an oven to 160C/320F.
Combine soft butter with powdered sugar until creamy.
Mix flour with matcha and add dry ingredients into the butter.
Stir to combine and beat in an egg white.
Spread batter on a parchment covered baking sheet using cardboard stencil.
Bake for 6 minutes, set aside to cool down a little bit and connect both biscuits using melted white chocolate.
