Matcha cake

Ingredients:
1 tbsp matcha powder;
150 g (5 oz) white chocolate, melted;
120 g (4 oz) butter, melted;
120 g (4 oz) dark chocolate, melted;
2 eggs;
2 egg yolks;
80 g (3 oz) brown sugar;
120 g (4 oz) flour.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Generously butter 4 ramekins.
Mix matcha powder with melted white chocolate. Pour the mixture into an ice tray and freeze until set.
Meanwhile combine melted dark chocolate with butter and sugar. Add flour and stir to combine until thick batter forms.
Divide 2/3 of the batter between 4 ramekins, add matcha cubes in the middle and cover with leftover batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes (depends on the size of your ramekins) or until the top is set.
After short cooling down, flip cakes onto a plate and sprinkle more matcha on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes (depends on the size of your ramekins) or until the top is set.
After short cooling down, flip cakes onto a plate and sprinkle more matcha on top.
