Apple biscuits: SOFT and SUPER TASTY!

INGREDIENTS
For the apples:
3 apples
1 lemon (juice)
8g (1/2 tbsp) of sugar
Cinnamon
For the dough:
260g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
5g (1/2 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
Cinnamon
110g (1/2 cup) of sugar
2 eggs
2 eggs
40ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Peel and slice the apples and transfer them to the bowl. Add the lemon (juice), sugar, and cinnamon and mix.
2. In a bowl add the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, sugar, eggs, and oil and mix. When dough starts to form knead it to obtain a compact dough.
3. Transfer the dough to the working surface and cut it into 8 pieces.
4. Press the dough and arrange the sliced apples on top.
5. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and transfer to the oven.
6. Sprinkle them with sugar and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
7 Serve apple pastries on a serving dish and decorate with powdered sugar.
