Apple spice fried doughnut holes: soft and delicious!

They are addictive and the recipe is super simple!

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple
50g butter
Biscuit dough
2 tbsp sugar
Vegetable oil

METHOD

Add brown sugar, cinnamon and butter to a bowl with chunks of fresh apple and microwave for 5 minutes, mix.
Place a spoonful of the mixture in a small disc of biscuit dough and close forming a ball. Fry in vegetable oil.
Mix sugar with cinnamon powder, place the balls in the mixture until they are covered.
