Mini apple pies: this recipe will leave you speechless!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter;
2 apples, peeled and chopped;
¼ cup sugar;
a pinch of salt;
1 ½ tsp cinnamon;
500 g (1 pound) pie dough;
egg wash.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
Melt butter and add apples, sugar and cinnamon into the pan. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until soft, brown and caramelized.
Remove apple filling form the stove and let cool down completely.
Roll out pie dough and cut out 4 circles.
Place couple tablespoons of apple filling on one side, then fold the dough as shown on the video.
Make a few holes on the top using a straw to release steam. Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
