Jelly ricotta cheesecake: the result will leave you speechless!

Easy to make and stunning! Leave everyone speechless with this sweet masterpiece!
INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 80g sugar
• 10g vanilla sugar
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 700g cottage cheese
• 200g condensed milk
• 150ml milk
• 15g gelatin
• 50ml water
Jelly:
• 600g berries
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 20g gelatin
• 50ml water
METHOD
- Beat eggs and sugar, then add flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Pour the dough onto a baking dish and bake at 356F/180C for 20 minutes.
- Cook the berries with sugar and melt the gelatin in water. Mix the berries and add the melted gelatin.
- Mix cheese with condensed milk, milk and other melted gelatin.
- Pour the cheese mixture onto the base and pour the mixture of berries too. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
