Jelly ricotta cheesecake: the result will leave you speechless!

Easy to make and stunning! Leave everyone speechless with this sweet masterpiece!
 
INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 80g sugar
• 10g vanilla sugar
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
 
• 700g cottage cheese
• 200g condensed milk
• 150ml milk
• 15g gelatin
• 50ml water
 
 Jelly:
• 600g berries
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 20g gelatin
• 50ml water
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs and sugar, then add flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Pour the dough onto a baking dish and bake at 356F/180C for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook the berries with sugar and melt the gelatin in water. Mix the berries and add the melted gelatin.
  3. Mix cheese with condensed milk, milk and other melted gelatin.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture onto the base and pour the mixture of berries too. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
