Watermelon jelly

INGREDIENTS:
1lt of filtered watermelon pulp
10g of agar agar
10g of agar agar
PREPARATION:
1. Cut a baby watermelon in half and use a spoon to remove the pulp.
2. Blend in a blender and pass through a sieve, weigh 1lt of watermelon juice and place it in a pot.
3. Add the agar agar and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture obtained into half the hollowed out rind of the watermelon and leave to harden for a few hours in the fridge.
5. Cut and serve the fresh watermelon jelly!

If you like it sweeter you can add sugar according to your taste. I recommend flavoring with lemon zest and lemon juice if you like it.
Store in the refrigerator for 2/3 days.
