Watermelon pudding: a Sicilian recipe for a unique and refreshing summer treat!

Soft, refreshing and delicious. This recipe is perfect for summer!INGREDIENTS
watermelon 650g
corn starch 60g
powdered sugar 70g
whipped cream
chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Dice the watermelon and filter out the seeds by using a sieve. Pour the juice into a pan a little at a time while mixing it with the corn starch and powdered sugar, over medium heat, until it reaches a thick consistency and the color becomes intense.
Remove the pudding from the stove and let it cool.
Refrigerate the cooled watermelon pudding for 1 hour. Serve the watermelon pudding with some chocolate chips and whipped cream on top.
