Lemon cream: a refreshing summer dessert!

Refreshing and quick, you can prepare this cream in just a few minutes, it is perfect for summer. INGREDIENTS
lemon juice from 2 lemons
100g sugar
200ml whipped cream
mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
Remove the pulp from the lemons. Squeeze out the juice from the pulp by using a sieve and mix it with the sugar. Whip the cream until it is firm and slowly add it to the lemon and sugar mixture. The result will be a soft cream which will then need to be placed in the freezer for 2 hours. Fill the lemons with the cold cream and decorate with some mint leaves and lemon zest.
