Lemon tiramisù: a fresh and tasty no-bake dessert

Here’s the recipe for a fresh, tasty cake that’s perfect for the summer. there’s nothing better than a no-bake lemon cake!First, prepare the lemon cream by heating up the milk with the lemon peel on low heat, gradually add potato flour to it. Keep stirring, add the lemon essence and the limoncello. Remember to remove the lemon peel before the cream starts thickening!
Once you’ve removed it from the heat, let it cool. Start preparing the other cream by mixing whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, and powdered sugar. Next, make the syrup for dipping the ladyfingers in by combining water, limoncello, and sugar. Dip the ladyfingers in this syrup and then arrange them in a square springform pan. First, spread the lemon cream evenly over the ladyfingers, then the other cream over that. Chill the cake in the freezer for about one hour. Garnish with anything you like and serve!

500ml milk
100g sugar
30g potato flour
lemon essence
200ml whipped cream
250g mascarpone cheese
150g powdered sugar
lemon peel
Limoncello, as needed
300g ladyfingers
