Lemon ice cream: the perfect and quick idea to cool off on summer afternoons!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
400ml (2 cups) whipping cream
250g (1 cup) condensed milk
125ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
100g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
Lemon zest
METHOD
- In a bowl pour the whipping cream. Whisk it and add condensed milk, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Mix and add lemon zest.
- Pour the mixture into plastic glasses and add stick through the middle.
- Put in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove the ice cream from the glasses and serve.
