Lemon ice cream: the perfect and quick idea to cool off on summer afternoons!

INGREDIENTS

400ml (2 cups) whipping cream

250g (1 cup) condensed milk

125ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice

100g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar

Lemon zest

METHOD

In a bowl pour the whipping cream. Whisk it and add condensed milk, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Mix and add lemon zest.
Pour the mixture into plastic glasses and add stick through the middle.
Put in the freezer for 2 hours.
Remove the ice cream from the glasses and serve.
