Watermelon popsicles: the perfect ice cream for your summer!

INGREDIENTS
Watermelon
100g (1/2 cup) of kiwi
120ml (1/2 cup) of sweet-sour cream
30g (2 tbsp) of chocolate chips
METHOD
- Chop the watermelons, pit them, and then blend in a food processor. Pour the watermelon juice into plastic popsicle molds.
- Put the mold in the freezer for 1h, then add the pieces of chocolate and press the pieces of chocolate. Return the mold to the freezer for another 30 minutes, then add a layer of sweet-sour cream over the layer with the watermelon. Leave to cool for at least 1 hour until the mixture is firm.
- Peel a squash, grate it and strain it. Add a layer of kiwi over a layer of sweet-sour cream to the mold.
- Allow freezing for at least 2h.
- Place the mold briefly under a stream of warm water and remove the ice cream from the mold.
