Watermelon Ice Cream: fun, easy and tasty!

Ingredients:
900g Watermelon
80ml Cream
250ml Condensed Milk
150g Chocolate chips
For the white chocolate bowls
Balloons
200g White Chocolate
Instructions:
Take 900g of watermelon (about half a small water melon) and chop it into large cubes about 5cm in size and freeze overnight.
When frozen place in a blender with the cream and condensed milk and blend to a smooth puree.
This will result in around 1.3L of ice cream.
Pour into a bowl and add the chocolate chips, mix and again freeze overnight.
To make the white chocolate bowls melt the white chocolate and pour into a bowl around 10-12cm in diameter.
Inflate the balloons so they are 1-2cm smaller than this bowl and dip in the balloons and place on a piece of parchment paper and refrigerate until completely set.
Pop the balloons and peel the balloon out of the bowl and the serve the scoops of ice cream in the bowls.
