Watermelon tiramisu: a tasty alternative to the usual one!

Here's a fresh and tasty dessert to try!

INGREDIENTS
Watermelon
200g ladyfingers
500g / 2.23 cups mascarpone
100g / 0.5 cup sugar
3 eggs
100ml / 3.4o cream
Chocolate chips
Mint
 
METHOD
  1. Beat sugar with eggs, add the mascarpone. Prepare the cream.
  2. Slice the watermelon and squeeze out the juice. Dip the Ladyfingers in watermelon juice and put the first layer in a mold.
  3. Put the prepared cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. Layout the second layer of ladyfingers and cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and watermelon slices.
