Watermelon jelly: the fresh sweet, perfect for the summer!

INGREDIENTS
Watermelon
30g (3 tbsp) Gelatine
50ml (1/5 cup) Water
METHOD
30g (3 tbsp) Gelatine
50ml (1/5 cup) Water
METHOD
- In a small bowl add gelatine and pour water on it to bloom.
- Cut the watermelon in half. Remove the red part from one half and blend it in a blender.
- Pour the juice into a pot and place on heat.
- After it boils add bloomed gelatine. Mix and pour into the empty watermelon half.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut and serve.
