Watermelon ice cream: the fresh and creative dessert!

INGREDIENTS
1 medium watermelon;
120 ml (½ cup) full-fat cream;
15 g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar;
Blueberries.
METHOD
  1. Cut the center part of the watermelon.
  2. Cut watermelon flesh out of the leaving watermelon ring.
  3. Make 6 cuts in a watermelon rind, place ice cream sticks inside.
  4. Using a high-powered blender blend together cream, powdered sugar and watermelon until no chunks are left.
  5. Pour the watermelon mixture inside the watermelon ring and decorate using blueberries. Freese completely then cut into chunks with a hot knife.
