Watermelon ice cream: the fresh and creative dessert!

INGREDIENTS
1 medium watermelon;
120 ml (½ cup) full-fat cream;
15 g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar;
Blueberries.
120 ml (½ cup) full-fat cream;
15 g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar;
Blueberries.
METHOD
- Cut the center part of the watermelon.
- Cut watermelon flesh out of the leaving watermelon ring.
- Make 6 cuts in a watermelon rind, place ice cream sticks inside.
- Using a high-powered blender blend together cream, powdered sugar and watermelon until no chunks are left.
- Pour the watermelon mixture inside the watermelon ring and decorate using blueberries. Freese completely then cut into chunks with a hot knife.
