Ice cream in watermelon: you’ll want to try these now!

INGREDIENTS
1 large watermelon
1 cup dark chocolate, melted
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups strawberry ice cream, softened
Pink Gel colour
Red Gel colour

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla and continue beat until stiff peaks. Using a rubber spatula, stir in ice cream. Transfer mixture to a large plastic bag and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
Quarter watermelon into triangles. Scop out the inside of the triangle. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and draw teardrop-shaped seeds. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer ice cream to a piping bag with a tip. Pipe into watermelon cones. Add chocolate seeds on watermelon
