Strawberry and chocolate wreaths: a tasty combination you’ll want to try now!

Quick and easy to prepare, these sweet wreaths are ready in no time and are perfect served as a mid-afternoon snack!INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
hazelnut cream, as needed
strawberries, as needed
1 beaten egg yolk
DIRECTIONS
Cut out a rectangle from the sheet of puff pastry, spread the hazelnut cream and add the strawberries to the top side of the puff pastry, slice the other side into strips. Starting from the top, roll up the puff pastry and then join the two ends together to make a wreath. Brush with the egg wash and dust with some brown sugar, bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
