Pistachio cake: if you like chocolate you’ll love this cake!

Pistachios and chocolate? The perfect combination, you’ll love it!INGREDIENTS
400g cookies
280g hazelnut cream
50g chopped pistachios
100ml whipping cream
dark chocolate, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Put the cookies in a bag and crush them (or use a blender). Add the chopped pistachios, hazelnut cream and whipping cream. If the mixture is too dense, add a bit of milk.
2. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and pack it down well. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
3. Decorate the top with some cookies and chocolate, what a few minutes before serving.
