Soft centered pear and chocolate cake: here is a useful tip that will help it turn out perfect!

Soft and moist, you’ll love every bite!INGREDIENTS
for the sponge cake:
2 eggs
200g flour
100g sugar
100ml milk
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
90g dark chocolate
16g baking powder
2 small pears
White hazelnut spread
almond slices, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the white hazelnut spread on a sheet of parchment paper. Freeze for one hour.
2. Start preparing the batter for the sponge cake by combining the eggs and the sugar. Add the milk, cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, and then gradually add the flour. Blend in the baking powder and the diced pears.
3. Pour half of the batter into a 24cm cake pan. Place the frozen hazelnut spread in the center and then cover with the remaining batter.
4. Garnish the top with slices of pear and the almonds. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
