Soft center pancakes: perfect for a sweet breakfast

These soft center pancakes are a sweeter variation on the original. A hearty and sweet breakfast to enjoy in good company.
This recipe makes about 4 stuffed pancakes: 100g cake flour, 2 spoons of sugar, 1 egg, 130ml milk, 2 spoons of vegetable oil and one teaspoon of baking powder.
Beat the egg, add milk, sugar, oil and the sifted flour, add the yeast last. Pour a bit of oil onto a non-stick pan, pour the batter onto the pan using a small ladle, add a spoonful of hazelnut cream and cover with more pancake batter. Let it cook until bubbles start forming, then turn over the pancake. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
