Soft cookies: perfect for a delicious sweet breakfast!

You only need a few ingredients to make the most delicious breakfast cookies ever! 

Ingredients:
⦁ 500 g (1 pound) flour;
⦁ 100 ml (1/3 cup+tbsp) milk;
⦁ 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar;
⦁ 120 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil;
⦁ 1 egg;
⦁ 1 package (7 g) baking powder;
⦁  jam and hazelnut paste.
 
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
 
2. Beat eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy. Add baking powder, vegetable oil, milk and oil. Whisk to combine.
 
3. Add flour and stir everything to form the dough.
 
4. Dust working surface with flour and form the dough into a log. Cut into 16 pieces.
 
5. Flatten each piece with your palm add a little bit of jam or hazelnut paste in the middle, gather both ends of the dough together to make sure nothing leaks out.
 
6. Place each cookie seam side down on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Spray with some water and sprinkle white sugar on top.
 
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
