Clever apple and chocolate cookies: really tasty and no cookie cutter needed!

So easy to make and with only a few ingredients, these cookies are perfect for breakfast or snack. The combination of apples and chocolate will surprise you!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
120g butter
250g flour
140g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
apple, cut into cubes
chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the butter, sugar and the egg.
2. Add a pinch of salt, baking powder, and the flour.
3. Lastly, add the apples and chocolate to the cookie dough.
4. Roll out the cookie dough into a square.
5. Cut it into rectangles and cover them in sugar.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
