Bicolor shortbread cookies: perfect for a delicious breakfast!

So easy to make, kids will love them for sure!
INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
80g (1/2 cup) oil
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
12g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
300g (2 1/2 cup) flour
15g (1 1/2 tbsp) cocoa
METHOD
- In a bowl put the flour and baking powder. In the middle add egg and add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix it well and add oil.
- Knead the dough. Divide the dough into two halves. In one half add cocoa.
- Make little balls of each dough. Use three balls of each and put them together.
- Swirl it with your hands and place it in a pan. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
