Bicolor shortbread cookies: perfect for a delicious breakfast!

So easy to make, kids will love them for sure!

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

100g (1/2 cup) sugar

80g (1/2 cup) oil

10g (2 tsp) baking powder

12g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar

300g (2 1/2 cup) flour

15g (1 1/2 tbsp) cocoa

METHOD

In a bowl put the flour and baking powder. In the middle add egg and add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix it well and add oil.
Knead the dough. Divide the dough into two halves. In one half add cocoa.
Make little balls of each dough. Use three balls of each and put them together.
Swirl it with your hands and place it in a pan. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
