Bicolor cookies: really good and easy to preparare!

So easy and delicious, these cookies are just amazing!
INGREDIENTS
130g (1/2 cup) Cream cheese or ricotta
50g (1/4 cup) Sugar
1 Egg yolk
100g (1/2 cup) Melted butter
350g (2 1/3 cups) Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
2g Vanillina
1 tsp Cream cheese or ricotta
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
For the filling:
Hazelnut cream
For the decoration:
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add sour cream, sugar and whisk
- Add egg yolk and whisk again.
- Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and combine all.
- Split the batter in two half, and in one half add the sour cream, cocoa powder and combine well with hands.
- Add each half in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out each half and put the cocoa powder dough over the regular one.
- From the stretched dough create the roll and cut it into small peaces.
- Roll out the cookie and fill it with hazelnut cream.
- Bake them at 180°С/360°F for 40 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
