Bicolor cookies: really good and easy to preparare!

So easy and delicious, these cookies are just amazing! 
 
INGREDIENTS
130g (1/2 cup) Cream cheese or ricotta
50g (1/4 cup) Sugar
1 Egg yolk
100g (1/2 cup) Melted butter
350g (2 1/3 cups) Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
2g Vanillina 
1 tsp Cream cheese or ricotta
1 tbsp Cocoa powder

For the filling:
Hazelnut cream

For the decoration:
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add sour cream, sugar and whisk
  2. Add egg yolk and whisk again.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and combine all.
  4. Split the batter in two half, and in one half add the sour cream, cocoa powder and combine well with hands.
  5. Add each half in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Roll out each half and put the cocoa powder dough over the regular one.
  7. From the stretched dough create the roll and cut it into small peaces.
  8. Roll out the cookie and fill it with hazelnut cream.
  9. Bake them at 180°С/360°F for 40 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
